• Refunds
Due to the nature of CAD-O-MATION's work you acknowledge and agree that you cannot request a refund for completed work. The payments you make, unless specified otherwise, are for completed work. Down payments are refundable at the discretion of CAD-O-MATION based on the amount of resources expended up to the time the refund is requested. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. CAD-O-MATION will correct errors or omissions in completed work at no charge.

• Liability
CAD-O-MATION makes no warranty, whether written, oral or implied, including without limitation, warranty of fitness for purpose or merchantability of our services. In no event shall CAD-O-MATION be liable to you or any other party for any special or consequential damages, injury or loss as a result of our services, including but not limited to lost materials, lost data and lost revenue. You agree to indemnify and hold CAD-O-MATION and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses as a result any claims or actions brought against CAD-O-MATION.
