• CAD Software Menus:
Most CAD software allows the customization of the menu used to create drawings. Drawings created with the basic (vanilla) version of the menu may behave differently when opened in CAD software with a customized menu and may require modification using the customized menu in order to be totally functional. This condition is expected when importing other than native file types but not expected when working with the native file format. CAD technicians within your organization may not be aware that their CAD software has a customized menu. CAD-O-MATION uses only the basic (vanilla) version of the CAD menu when creating the native file format. Please be aware of your CAD menu status when intending to work with a native file format created by CAD-O-MATION. The use of your customized menu by CAD-O-MATION to create your drawings can usually be arranged for an extra charge.
