Use the Order - Quote Request form. Quotations are provided free of charge.
• Payments to CAD-O-MATION are made via PayPal. Upon completion of your work a low-resolution image file is sent to you for verification. Once payment is confirmed the working files are sent to you. Payment upon completion of work for orders $100 or less. 50% down payment required for orders larger than $100 with the balance due upon completion.
